The Book of Fett will not be season 3 of the Mandalorian.

Season 3 will start to be produced once the Book of Boba Fett has been aired. The are in pre-production now for Season 3 of Mando and on full production for Book of Boba Fett.

So....did he die in the Saarlac pit, or make it out??
I'm guessing that the new show is pre-TESB???

Mandalorian takes place 5 years after Return of the Jedi. So he clearly survived.

Did he not kill the dragon from an empty saarlac pit ?

There's a couple of stories. One is that Fett used his jet pack and shot himself out. The other is that he was found nearby, nearly dead, by another bounty hunter.

I spent the entire series working out if she was fit or not and still unsure

She was in the first series.

She chunked up a lot in the second.

Yeah...I noticed in one episode when she was walking away from the camera that there's er, more to her than I thought.

I have missed it. One of my favourite series that the missus likes too.
