You need to delete your papal account as well though. They can take the money from it regardless of them paying cash, PayPal is eBay.

Ebay have said it's right for them to charge me for the waterproofs.

I've paid the invoice and closed my paypal account. I've asked for the ebay account to be closed but it can't be closed for 30 days because I've just paid their invoice (facepalm)
