Took the kids to Wellington country park and the out in the push bike for a 15 mile ride. Did it in under an hour an in knackered now. Looking forward to a good nights kip before tomorrow.

I've had the joys of a video conference call this morning. Chuff me these things are hard work. I realise they save time and money but the microphones seem to pick up every tiny noise.

Rushed my dog to the vets as she was not right this morning. She has had a stroke given her some steroids and anti sickness injections but got to take her back tomorrow.

It's silly how attached we get to our pets.
