Try a 1.7 thunderbird, surprised me with its shear torque when I rode one but I did get both footboards down a little too easily.

Might be just the thing to get back into bikes. Something you can ride with no pressure to ride fast. Just chill out and enjoy the ride.
We had a guy who used to tag along on rides sometimes. Stopping a every petrol station because of the diabolical range of his Harley. He used to get some friendly ribbing.

As I say having stop often wont be an issue as I dont seem to have any biking mates left atm, they all sold up or are always busy nowadays!
