We cannot go on borrowing an additional £90 billion EVERY year without it very soon becoming a serious problem that cannot be solved and yet many of the parties Labour, Greens, SNP plan to actually spend more. It just beggars belief.

I'm actually of a mind now that the parties have no interest in engaging people who can think for themselves and will vote for what they think is best at each election.
They have there head in the sand on the issue and its very very scary, I don't know how they sleep at night.

They don't give a toss, that's the issue as in 5 years time it will be someone elses problem in government....yet it will be you and me paying for it, either in higher taxes or less public services.

Lol, some people make it to easy though.

Was quite impressed today to see the queue out of the polling booth's today, the queue was out of the door and all age ranges where there. At least it seems like there is an interest in the destiny of our country.

Thank goodness the two nob Ed's are not running our country and the one will probably not even be an MP.

Could be the most devastating night in Labour's history with the fall out from Scotland.

Don't feel too sorry for him, Blade.

He's an obnoxious runt and many of our current debt problems are down to him and his cronies.

He was being a twot last night.

LibDems got their arses handed to them. Shame really as I thought they did a good job in the coalition.

The Tories have got no one to turn to for support so this term in office for Cameron should be interesting.

UKIP got 3.5 million votes and 1 seat. SNP got over 50 seats with 1.5 million votes.

I wonder how long Milliband will last?

I can't see who would replace him.

Mmm SNP got the result they wanted in Scotland but not in the rest of the country, so their clout may be limited.

I do think its a warning to both Labour and the Tories though that the country needs to have less influence from the South East and to have politics that suit each individual area and not just London. I think all areas could claim they get the shitty stick when compared to London.
