Funniest thing is its a nice hotel and great steak restuarant (reason I stay here tbh ) but from time to time you don't half get some pretentious wankers in here if only they knew I was watching porn on my phone, haha.

Silly pair sat next to me are having a duel about who can out grand each other. I think they were trying to look down on me in my jeans and scruffy soft collar (just rolled in of a flight) in all there self imposed grandeur. That is until the waitress who I happen to know (been staying here for over 10 years) gives me the bill and politely but I think on purposes says in front of

Had something similar a couple of years ago in Norwich hotel. Me and 3 others were in jeans and polo shirts or casual wear. We were all there for an inquest, so there were 3 barristers and me. The table next to us were in over priced suits and shoes. The usual types talking about their new BMW or expensive holidays. Very boring. Near the end of the meal one of them shouts over to us asking which building site we were working on (lots of laughs on their table).

As we leave one of the guys I was with put his business card on the table. He's a QC. The silence was epic.

I had the 450g rib of beef with mushrooms last night.

Tonight I'm having the 450gram Tbone with a double yoke egg.

The only good think about the cold and wet in winter is good old roast dinners and plenty of them.

A Chinese! I had chicken and sweetcorn soup, rice, beef, veg, a little bit of chicken chowmein, and chicken balls. There was a lot of food and I'm feeling it now!!
