Exactly the same here (f1)

Goverment should force builders to install these items as builders themselves are only interested in the bottom line.

My situation here isn’t due to some forward thinking government policy or a progressive council. Quite the opposite.

I basically live on the first slopes of the Great Dividing Range, on the north boundary of the Blue Mountains National Park. The water treatment station is 20 km away and 1660 ft lower. They pump water up to a village down the hill (660 ft) but I’m at 1800 ft so I’m on my own. If you build up here now it’s a mandatory 110,000L tank.

Sewage and gas is much the same story. Not viable to put it all the way up here for limited economical gain.

But because the water pumps, biocycle and pool all run on electric drives my power bills were horrendous. So I invested in the biggest solar array I legally could then went a Kw bigger through a loop hole. Paid itself back in 4.5 yrs.

What business isn't interested in it's bottom line??-----that's what business is about, yes?
The govt. can force them all day long to install anything they want, but the homebuyer is always going to be the one who pays for it....there's no way around that.

Hardly surprising but if you can do it through so having no other choice, then builders should have to do it by Government enforcing them to do so. There is a bigger picture to consider now than just the balance sheet of a house builders.

I have heard there are quite a few health concerns regarding the safety of 5G.

Not directly related to 5g but I don't think we know the long term health implications for alot of things.

My best friend had a tumour the size of a fist removed from his head that literally should have killed him. He was rushed to hospital from the airport in an ambulance after serve headaches during a flight, with no prior health issues and given life saving surgery which according to his suregon if delayed by hours, possibly days at most, would have killed him.

He has had a mobile phone clued to his head for the last 25 year's and swears that's what caused it.

Would you not use a 5G phone based upon what you've heard?

I'm fecking knackered..

Out early this morning for a 10 mile run, had about an hour to recover before loading the kids bikes up and taking then over to greenham common. We did about 3 miles all told which I'm quite impressed with as it's only their second time out of the village.

Then popped down to see my parents.

Now recovering with a cold cider.

I went to an Italian car and bike show up near Ripon, and now I want a Gulia, the 2.0 petrol is 280bhp and rear drive which sounds fun to me and they come with a 5 year warranty... Alfa Romeo, 5 year warranty while Honda only offer a 3 year warranty, the worlds gone mad!.

Must work on that lottery win.

If you so win the LOTTERY Stonesie and want to go Italian exotica, pop over to Ferrari, they do 7 years free servicing.

But if it has to be an Alfa get this.

Saw it at the FOS last year and me and my boys were blown away. It has genuine superstar performance and a real presence 8)
