Re: What are you doing today ??
Like Kiwi often face the same dilemma.
If I m with colleagues I normally go out. If I'm on my own quite often go for a walk to a local pub for a bar meal or slob out on room service. Depends on my mood but some times to slob and enjoy the peace when you lead a hectic work and family life.
Enjoy the peace and order a few beers to the room

Flying to work.
Once a year we shuffle our roster up and do 2 on 2 off 2 on 4 off, and the swing before that I was crook a week and only went out for 2. So about to do a normal 3 week swing and I haven't since April. This is going to hurt

Re: What are you doing today ??
All happened this morning in a whirl wind after nearly 4 weeks of negotiations.
Not sunk in yet as up until this monring didn't think it was going to happen and very rushed as had a 2 o'clock train to catch this afternoon which I caught by the skin of my teeth.
Feeling a mixture of shitting myself and excited at the moment tbh
