My slow cooked smoky beef TexMex style stew went down a treat last night. It must have been good as I was certainly getting a sweat when eating it.

Have an appointment with a dietician at the hospital today, basically sounds like all meat except chicken is of the agenda and a very high fibre regime
If they think for one minute I am going to stop eating curry they can fook off
This week I've been living on vegetable soup

Mrs Kwacky had been to the butchers so I had some big fat lamb and mint sausages with mash and onion gravy. It's a favourite of mine.

Lasagna - twice, I went back for seconds, that was two and a half hours ago and I'm feeling peckish again.

Re: What are you eating ??
The missus fell asleep on the sofa this aft, with no idea of what to do for food.
There's a Subway across the road. Like I can literally see it from my house, probably a 3 minute walk with the kids in tow and waiting to cross the road!
Footlong Pulled Pork with bacon and cheese, toasted and then topped with BBQ sauce.
As a fast food it's not going to win any culinary masterpiece awards, but after a long day at work and a total lack of inspiration in the kitchen, it was just the job.

Egg, bacon, sausages, tomatoes and toast this morning, no dinner last night as I got in from work too late and grabbed a Ginster on the way home, consequently very hungry this morning, I even went back for more sausages and toast.....

Re: What are you eating ??
Leftovers from last night.
Peruvian food. Never had it but a few times, but I think it's going to become a favourite of mine.
I don't know nowt about it so just asked the staff and was rewarded with a feckin' MASSIVE plate of fried rice, meat, foo young-style stuff, etc.
It's real close to American Chinese food, it seems. I think it's going to become 'my thing' for a while.
Not cheap, either....but well worth it.

Just ordered a Pulled Pork Burger with apple and radish slaw, chili jam, wasabi and black sesame mayo and chips from room service.
Mouth won't stop watering thinking about it!
