Went all healthy with a grapefruit for breakfast, roast chicken etc for lunch but went very unhealthy with an overdose of cheese scones (shropshire blue) that Mrs Gee made at 6pm, there were 20 in the batch but only 5 have survived the evening - and I'm the only one eating them. (blush)

Back on the Gluten free diet after 4 days of eating bread, Saucisson and pastries in France.

Pancakes for breakfast made with chickpea flour, banana, coconut and eggs. Not to shabby.

[SMILING FACE WITH OPEN MOUTH AND SMILING EYES] I find them really nice...plus no fat so when I come to clean up I don't have to scrap up the grease, instead it just wipes clean!! Same with mince actually I use Quorn a fair bit...easier to clean up after haha

Last night was homemade burgers with bacon and onions in a brioche bun (I'm trendy) and chipotle sauce. Which my lad thought was tomato sauce. (devil)

Nowt.....debating on whether to fry up some bread for a quick snack or wait and go to the store in a bit....I'm craving ice cream at the moment...for breakfast.

I'll do both and spare myself the inner torment.

:D

Very funny!

Nah....I just eat what I want when I want it....if fish and chips 'sounds' good, then I'm prolly craving the nutrients that has......most people seem to go with what looks good.....hence 99.8% of the TV commercials here touting the benefits of a McSomething Massive for a meal...at absolutely any hour of the day. Twice.

Now I'm hungry.
