Still waiting for the real estate agent to turn up for the vacate inspection and key hand back. Appointment was for 35 mins ago! No answer on their phone either (gah)
Finally got through to the main desk at the agency. She's still sitting at her desk, she 'forgot' (facepalm) and is over half an hour drive away.

Temporary roadworks especially those started at the end of the council's financial year and then left for weeks with no work being done, just to get it inside last year's budget.

(shocked) FFS mate that's disgusting, you're letting the team down KK.!!!

:^ Have you forgotten that you're single again now or something.??

Sneaking a peak simply doesn't cut it matey. We would have expected you to have paid special attention to demonstrating the bedroom to her, in her tour. (nod)
Your pent up frustrations could then have been spent by thoroughly "punishing her" for her misdemeanour. (lol)

Done correctly, it could probably have resulted in your property getting preferential service.

And it's not my property, I've been renting for the last 10 months waiting till my ex got out of my place.

Well I don't feel like I've landed in the frier, yes I only 'park the car in the one garage' but in financially independent, have my own place and my kids are still my first priority. But when I have free time and a pretty young lass wants to jump me on a regular basis, who am I to say no!

Hmmmm...that brings up a good point!!

Big difference between being alone and being lonely....I usually manage quite well by myself, I'm just wired that way...always have been.....some people can sit in a crowded room and feel totally abandoned....nowt as strange as the human mind, is there??

The bloody A14 and Luton airport! Collected a colleague from Luton Airport this morning , which was a pain in the arse, the works going on around there are just a joke, had to plead with the speaker system to let me out the car park, of which I was in for enough time to drive in and get to the exit gate, Treod to rob me for £7.50!
Finally got out, still had to pay £2.50 to pick someone up! He was late due to a puncture on his plane at Glasgow !

Then the A14 had three smashes and shuts roads, along with Detours due to what looked like bridge work, but the fact that nobody was actually working also done my head in......:( moan moan winge winge..... Lol.

I heard and saw the woes on the A14 this pm Frankie, I left Kettering and was headed toward the mess when it came on the radio, I pulled over and checked the traffic app and thought better of it - I was going to Ipswich as well!
P.S. M11, A120 & A12 were empty btw....

Moan today is about parents that are more interested in trying to be their offsprings friend than being actual Parents (with a capital P!).

It's more like a TROLL road, some of the people I have seen using it lol.....
Stayed off it last night while dropping a colleague back to Luton Airport, I used my "give me the direct route as the crow fly's setting" on the satnav.......ha ha ha ha ha ha that was fun, just as well his flight was not until 8pm ha ha, saw some lovely villages and some cracking. B roads, but yet again I find myself on the one lane tracks ha ha ha, giving way to horses and badgers and stuff.

At least the remainder if my trip was Clear on the motorways after that :)
