Roast beef with all the trimmings, sticky toffee pudding with salted caramel sauce and cheese and biscuits and a nice bottle of wine to embellish proceedings.

Will be having some of the Comté for supper as well.

Hmmmm.....trying to think what my best dish is??? My duck is pretty decent....my hash is good (so I'm told).

I really enjoy cooking, but I've discovered a local Indian buffet place that is frickin' awesome.....just a real small place that puts out a really good spread for minimal moolah......don't know if it's authentic or not....it definitely seems like it is...but who really cares if it tastes good and keep you coming back??

I'm really not sure about my genetic make up StM, but yes until Christmas my oldest lad was Head Chef at a Gastropub, he packed it up due to the long hours and poor money, he's now reading meters and getting paid more money....

Fwiw MiL was a Chef as well prior to getting married, hence Mrs Gee's talent in that department.

P.S. Paella was on the menu this evening, followed by tea and flapjacks.
