Same one, Softail Breakout. In fact, the one I test rode looked very much like that.

I've had my eye on a cruiser for a couple of years, since I took a mate's Victory Hammer on a 200 mile round trip and loved it. This fits the bill very nicely and gets rid of the poor decision, money-wasted, sat in the garage doing nothing VFR1200 that I bought in August and don't like at all.

Yeah, hard to go around corners - especially roundabouts - without grinding the right peg, but that's part of the fun. Apparently.

I'm keeping the Dodo (125 Varadero) to commute on and my R1 for hooligan amusement, too. This is for chilled riding. Or... something. :D

It's only gay if you both enjoy it.

Got kitted up so I could weigh myself for the rear shock spring.

I would have held the gear and stood on the scales but you're not a biker if you don't want to wear your leathers when you get them out :)

I WANT SUMMER - NOW!

Froze my nads off into work.

And noticed that my Alpinestar gloves are starting to fall apart. They've served me well.

If I was fussed about that, I wouldn't have bought it. But I did. Simple sum, really.

I think today could be the day I take a look at my swingarm and finish my brakes, or at least get the pistons out of the calipers (I forgot to pump them out before removing the brake fluid !!!

Yippee got out this afternoon, for a little spirited ride around, totally under estimated the cold! Sun was out but bitterly cold. Popped into Bull dog Triumph for s warmer cuppa, caught up with the guys, managers first words "I hear you are now tigerless" ha ha.... Bring out that Daytona 800 I might be interested in talking lol..... I know there is nothing being said, but this has to be the next step to keep a presence in the naked and sports bike market?

As for the ride, power wheelies were abundant ha ha ha ha, told you it was spirited ;) still not totally dry roads though, flooded sections, mud build up in the road where you want to be on the bike, but it was long overdue and fun.
Quiet a few bikes out today as well.

Going out to the waterside cafe for a cake and drink today with my observer. Just a social run but today I have a few pressies for him. A bottle of wine. Box of Green and Black chocolates and a 30quid M&S gift voucher. I have been trying to get out of him what he likes but he keeps his mouth shut about it all so hoping these is a range and at least one he likes haha and his wife like the rest if not then he likes them all and I have chosen well haha!!

It's raining. So probably nothing.

Had a good 5 hours or so with the new one yesterday, before I realised how cold I was and came home. Possibly need to remember that despite the sun it's still January and not really lightweight riding gear weather yet.

Got my shock back on the bike yesterday, just got to sort out my brakes now and she's-a-ready to get back on the road/track.

After doing MiniMoto the other week I can't wait to be back on the bike
