Not quiet delivered as I had to go and collect from the depot.... But instead of jumping in the car and driving down, I walked down last night when I got home. Trying to get my daily steps up, more small steps on the fitness regime.

Downside is I did not realise how big the parcel was... Doh! It was one of my photos that had converted to canvas...it was a big awkward box to carry back. Ha ha...

Here is it, taking a pic of the canvas did not work very well, so here is the original. Not to everyone's taste, but I liked it, very calm ideal for the front room I thought. My plan is to try and light from the back with LED lighting. It may turn out crap, but i will let you know ha ha, or not as the case my be lol

Awesome Frankie. I love the silhouette and sunrise/sunset colours.

I have a few myself in that theme, I'm looking forward to moving back into the house and being able to print some of mine and hang them.

Well as per my post above my LED strip turned up, technology is great, I also ordered some GU10 replacements lamps in L.E.D, they are awesome. As most of the lighting in the house uses GU10 now.
Mega hot lamps are now a thing of the pastfor me (as they run cool well cold to be fair) the energy consumption will be a lot lower and they should last a lot longer.

Anyway back to back lighting the photo, well I have decided to do it do another photo I converted to canvas and I have to say it looks really cool. trouble is, which is ironic! I am having trouble trying to get a photo of it to show you the result lol... (facepalm) .Its just comes out to dark or to light so you cant see the effect, I will keep trying as it really does look very good. As mood lighting it works a treat ha ha

Brill. Got a link for the LEDs ? I need some. How bright are they? Are they the same size as standard GU10s?

Sorry for the delay mate I got dragged away, yes they are the real deal, and the strips are really, really bright, I will dig out the link and send them over mate.
Yes direct replacement for the GU 10 fitting, fitted right in, a softer light more warm than daylight but just as much lumens :)
