Drove to donny for a front prop fitted it to the disco .... in one way i was unlucky that it happened in another i was Dam lucky as looking at the damage to the car underneath it could have been a lot worse.

If something is wrong your then in the system to get it put right. I was 6 months before I was told I need surgery and then a 4.5 month waiting list and that was a rush job on the NHS.
My advice is get in the system and get professionally assessed the worst and I mean absolute worst think you can do is push on with training with an injury.
Ridiculous how long you had to wait Blade, you do speak the wise words but my honest answer is I would hate to go there and then say nah nothings wrong mate what you going on about lol! I'll look into getting an appointment

At normal weight I'm around 61-63 kg, when I left work 2 weeks ago in was close to 65KG (after a couple of months of no gym and no exercise) got back today and I just short of 67KG. My body can't take it, problem is I'm a sucker for chocolate, literally can't say no! 79.3 which is way to heavy, I put it down to the new muscle build up, but I know its cake I am cutting back I need to be around 69 kilos if I am supposed to be at my bmi figure.....

I do have to start off by telling them certain things. They're supposed to have a senior officer present. The newbies do, the old hacks don't. The fresh faced officers get all defensive and tell you nothing. I once asked a police officer if they liked it when a suspect says "no comment" all the way through an interview. He blushed, his officer laughed. Things progressed after that.
