I suspect you're probably right.

Yes, that really would be fun! haha.

I suspect Pedrosa might do really well next year. I hope so anyway. I don't think there's a single person (besides Rossi or Lorenzo) that would mind Pedrosa winning a title.

The surgery has clearly worked. But he is fragile.

Fast rider though.

I saw his Facebook comment 'I may come back...'

I reckon if he's fast in test he will be back...

He was the only one who seemed to be capable of making the Ducati work, so it seems sensible for them to team up again.

I knew he wouldn't stay away.

That is a double edged sword for the factories though and Casey with Ducati is very similar to the problem Honda have with Marquez.

These two riders are so fast and talented which is initally great for the manufacturer's but also the cause of a huge problem. They are so unique in the way they ride and what they want from a bike that they make the direction of development difficult. Do manufacturer's develop the bike for the unique alien they have as their number one rider or for the rest of their riders ?

I did hear Stoner wants out from his Honda contract because he feels Honda are not lsstening to his feedback. Apparently Casey had been asking for the engine power delivery to be made less aggressive and Honda ignored his feedback. Ironically Marquez and Dani are blaming there poor performance on the aggressive power delivery of the RCV.

Maybe Honda should have listened to Casey :?

The contact expires, there's no getting out, it no longer exists after 31 December.

Actually they blame it on the engine braking, that's why they have struggled all year under braking into corners

I'm only saying what I heard was Marquez comments:

"Beginning at the Spanish GP at Jerez, Marc has complained that the engine of the 2015 Honda RC213V is too aggressive. He says he cannot control the bike as well as he used to do. The bike is moving and sliding too much. The bike becomes physically demanding and the Honda riders struggle entering corners."

I imagine some serious and award questions are being asked within HRC management at the moment. Not only does it sound like they will be loosing the worlds best test rider at the end of the year but also if they had followed Casey's feedback earlier who knows Honda may have had a world champion in Marc or Dani this year.

Honda didn't get off to a good start, the bike sounds like it a was a pig to handle.

That said, I don't think Honda can be held to blame for Pedrosa missing half of the season as he recovered from arm surgery.

Unless I've got it wrong I thought Stoner was leaving at the end of the year. Or highly likely he is, in a potential move to Ducati.
