675.cc Fest Photo mix

Post by Frankie »

It was the 2015 fest weekend, this time is was in and around the roads near the factory, 1st off the roads around there are awesome, in true fest style it was wet in the morning, but got dry for the afternoon, it was a good turn out, plenty of 675's ha ha contrary to the popular misconception that there are non on the forum any more ha ha ha.... Sad to say we did have a little incident in the afternoon where a gixer decided to inspect the wildlife without getting off the bike first. As you will see from the pics, we were also granted access to the front of Triumph which was nice, for a few pictures.

A few pictures can be found here.

Good pictures, Frankie.

There is a CB1000 in one of those photos that looks remarkably similar to Bratty's last bike.

No, he's sold up. He'll come back to biking later on but he's got more important stuff to deal with.

Did I read that Mike Dean aka Deano had an off at the fest?

Apparently Mike Dean did have an off. He was only riding a GSXR, and it seems that when keeping pace with rest he discovered it's limitations. :(
"2 broken vertebrae, a broken rib, fractured sternum and torn calf muscle later and I'm back home after spending a short spell in hospital, I now have to wear a chest/back brace for god knows how long. "

675.cc forum member username "Deano" hasn't been posting for a while, I believe his new role leaves him less time to do so.

Just seen this.

Yes he was out with me and Kwacky and he is a quick and safe rider. Sorry to hear he had an off and an nasty one by the sounds of it.

Get well soon Deano and take it easy mate.

Every cloud has a silver lining though. Sounds like he got a free chest and back protector courtesy of the NHS (giggle)

Only joking Deano I wish you a quick recovery mate.
