We used to take the air bombs apart, turn the capsule around so it couldn't eject and then repack the fuse on top. It could literally blow drain pipes of houses, literally!

Sadly they stopped making them for some reason

I used to love bonfire night and the weeks before and after. We used to take fireworks apart to make our own super duper ones and then use scaffold tubes to make mortars or bazooka's (bandit)

we used to light rockets and hold them until they started going, then let them off into the nearby lake. They would carry on and explode underwater. The effect was ace at night.
