the biking fellowship

Post by duke63 »

Last year on the Euro trip we stopped at a fantastic hotel on the shore of Lake Como. Enjoyed the place so much that i wanted to take the family back this summer. the guy who runs the hotel is also a biker and owns a Moto Guzzi.

I have booked the place today and he sent a confirmation email to me saying that biker friends do not need to leave a credit card number to reserve rooms at hos hotel but just to let him know if there was any problems the week before.

The biker friendship bond is obviously international. Sometimes just the smallest of occurrences can restore faith in human kind. :)

Yup, he's a great bloke...and one of the best, if not THE best place i've ever stayed....views, food, hospitality and location. It's perfect.

Are you going to hire his motor launch for a moosie on the lake?
