Our Neighbours moved in around 3 years ago ... she is an Accountant and he is a Litigation Solicitor. They have three kids and all three go to the same school as my three. Their eldest 9, middle is 7 and youngest is 6.
When they moved in, we did the polite good morning thing and offered a hand with anything they needed. He was quite responsive but she was/is a right stuck up cow .... didn't even say morning, hello unless eye contact is made
We've had run ins and various battles ... and 'friends' of theirs have even described them as vermin.
ANYWAY ... they've moved out
.... they still own the property and will be renting it out HOWEVER ..... Spot the difference
When the previous occupiers lived there, they couldnt see a boundary so they fenced up to the tree.
Anyway the wind took it last night and its fallen into the garden directly behind me. The garden behind had 2 green house and a shed and fortunately its missed both ... you couldnt have placed it any better.
I've spoken to my departed neighbour today (him not her) and he's had a look and hummed and arghhed and mentioned looking at his house insurance details .... now does that make you think the tree is his or like me, with him being in the legal trade, he is using delaying tactics to seek advice etc ....
