I've not been too bad. Only had two meals today. I have drunk a bottle of wine but I'm on the tea now.

The catering staff out here did an amazing job and I took full advantage and waking up this morning I have a food hangover... 5 more days and I can have a Christmas drink.

Got to say, the company put on a great day for us out here, I got to spend 3-4 hours inside joining in the games and fun, but a plant upset kept a few of us tied up for the rest of the day. But the effort everyone put in to making the day as good as possible out here was fully realised and it made the distance from family that bit easier.

I've often been away from family for the day with my job, but can't imagine the stress of not being able to come home. Props (handshake)

You know when you're used to eating good and healthy, and then you gorge on heavy food, higher in fat, and sugar, the next day you feel slow and lethargic... that.

I feel left out.....I didn't eat much, and we had nothing to drink as I was too lazy to go to the store, so I partied out on orange juice instead.
