Re: STAR WARS TRAILER
Having never watched any of the Star Wars films I sometimes wonder how so many people get so excited about a movie franchise. I am sure I am the one who is missing out but having seen small clips of the originals, I couldn't imagine watching all the movies from back then for the first time now, the special effects used back then would carry no weight nowadays as a first time viewer. Maybe I am wrong?

Re: STAR WARS TRAILER
I agree. The effects still work very well. One of the good things about using actual models rather than early CGI. (like babylon 5 for example)

Re: STAR WARS TRAILER
It's a commercial.....they can make a BigMac look good in a commercial....I'm not convinced.
It doesn't show any of the original cast....that's going to be the key.

Re: STAR WARS TRAILER
I don't count robots...."Good against a remote is one thing, good against a living??....that's something else."
Tired of those feckin' robots anyway, someone should just dismantle them.
Think about it....I can see Ford pulling it off....maybe even Fisher....but Hamill?? That guy is washed up....not that I dislike him, he just kinda got ignored after ROTJ...never really had the career he could have had.
I'm skeptical to say the least, and the last 3 movies didn't exactly instill confidence.
