Winter has arrived

Post by Kwacky »

You know it's here when you have to scrape the ice off your car and sit there for a while with the heating on full blast.

Roll on spring.

Yeah, the first frost of winter in Bristol as well, I couldn't be bothered to scrape the car so I just put the heaters on and waited for it to melt!!

Lovely, if fresh, ride along the Rea valley this morning. Very picturesque with all the frost on the grass. I did wear a buff under my cycling helmet, but the cold is nature's way of saying pedal faster and I'd worked up a decent sweat by the time I got to New Street. 8)

Worst feeling in the world scrapping off the ice at 0530 in the morning. Only thing I like about it being cold is you can snuggle up in front of the telly comment on the forum and not feel bad for not going out haha!!

(f1) had to put my heated seats up onto level 2 twice this morning, it also took over 10 mins to scrape the ice of the car so I could drive it...

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

It's gone very cold here and it's raining. I wouldn't be susprised if this turns into sleet.
