Quite agree its a good idea, the problem with bike tax holders is that they are generally as secure as you can make them, which doesn't make for easy access in an emergency.

I was going to put a funny / dirty picture in mine so at least I get a smile from something that costs way to much to buy but this idea might be more usefull
