Re: Kawasaki H2R on track
Missed opportunity IMO. Why did they have to make it so fooking ugly
Looks like it was designed and made in a shed in Norflok

Ugly? If you want a pretty bike then fine but it's not ugly. It looks bastard hard IMO.

I guess beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Looks like it was designed by 10 different departments and funnily enough that's exactly what did happen.

Re: Kawasaki H2R on track
That's a bit of a nonsense argument, unless you are suggesting it was done in different departments and the first time they knew what it would look like was when they bolted it together?
Every company has different departments.

Re: Kawasaki H2R on track
Yeah but possibly not one that builds helicopters, one that builds ships and one that builds etc. Which is what I think Blade was getting at.
I really admire what they did with this bike but don't like the way it looks

Re: Kawasaki H2R on track
Don't forget all this is only the "race version" although apart from Pikes Peak or Drag racing I can't see where it would race, the street version may well look a lot more "Styled" and conventional.

Re: Kawasaki H2R on track
I agree, I can't see where it'll be raced. As I've always said, I see this as nothing more than an engineering project for a big company. Hopefully it's the tip of the iceberg and we'll see some of the new features they've developed appear on other bikes.
