Pre-workout reaction
I took some pre-workout last night for the first time and ended up with itchy skin. Is this a reaction to the beta alanine? If so will my body get used to it?

Re: Pre-workout reaction
Some of them have niacin in or nicotonic acid and that can give you what they call the flushed skin effect, I never got on with them myself, a strong black coffee always did the trick for me.
I get knocked down but i get up again.

Wot he said.
Good chance it's probably the niacin....and yes, you will get used to it in time.

I sent the supplier an email and they said the same thing. I'll see how I get on with it. If I don't like I'll stop using it.

Look online for Stackers if you buy from a legitimate nutrition company take a couple before a workout it will definitely help, order some from an American siite like me and you'll have a better workout but be off your face all day lol
