Totally agree, myself and a friend did dozens of trackdays together, he hated the idea of crashing and it held him back, he advanced as far as the middle of the Inters and plateaued. The liberating feeling that comes with riding a bike that you can afford to write off (should it happen) also applies to crashing, accept it and you'll go faster.

On the subject of training, this is a tee shirt I bought at a track day I did a while back. Btw who'll be the first to ID the autograph? (Sorry it's faded, but it is real btw)
