Re: Tyre decision
On their own website it gave them just 3 stars for grip, but 4 (out of 5) for wet grip. The M7's wer impressive though. 5 all the way. Damn star ratings tempting me with no actual proof.

Re: Tyre decision
Myself and Kwacky can testify to the grip of the M7s in the wet (as can Frankie for that matter, last ride to stow was a bit damp )
IMO if you can find the extra few quid its worth going for the M7s over the M3s, you will see the reward as they have really done something special to the centre section of the tyre. Not sure on the mileage of mine but there is no sign of them squaring off and still a shed load of tred left.

Re: Tyre decision
Considering the mileage you do I'd be tempted to put M3s on your spare wheels, just a shame it's not a bit later in the year. They'd be ideal for commuting through the winter.

Re: Tyre decision
Having tyres fitted now. Kept getting tempted by sporting tyres, but decided to go for mileage and wet weather grip instead now the days are getting shorter. So angel st's are going on.

Re: Tyre decision
The point of going somewhere far away for your tyres is to give you a chance to scrub them in on the way home.
