You can see why they have dash cameras.
Imagine explaining some of those to a UK insurance company.
Although the way driving standards seem to be "progressing"....... :?

I read the blurb on that first one, and apparently it's essential to have a dash cam in Russia as the Russian officials flout the road regs knowing they are virtually untouchable due to their place in the bureaucracy. Dash cams show what really happened in any ensuing Police action. Quite what happens if it's a cop that carves you up on the road wasn't explained. ;)

You can get the police to do stuff for you if the price is right.

it appears to me that quite a number of drivers are still trying to work out which side of the road you are supposed to use .

I do wonder how many of those wrecks are alcohol involved...

Youll see Russians on the way into work, stopping off to buy a newspaper and a can of beer.

I was in russia on business this year the roads and driving are nowhere near as bad as in poland, in Poland they overtake on the wrong side of the road and aim at you playing chicken.ive never seen so many smashes as over there.
Dash cameras are quite popular in the UK now,a couple of blokes at work wont drive anywhere without one.
