At the airport off to work again. Only two weeks this time as Jess is going in for major surgery in a couple of weeks so I need to be back for that.

Enjoying a walk in the Devon countryside on the second leg of my Christmas excursion, I spent 3 days with my Aunt in Slough and now 6 days with my sister in Devon

Taking down the Christmas tree, decorations, etc., & cleaning around the house.
It's raining here today, so there's bugger-all else to do.

Sitting on night shift, platform getting smashed by a monsoon low weather system. 5 more hours to see in my very last NYrs offshore, thank f**k!

Raining and gale-force winds here today.... so I reckon I'll stay home and play guitar, and I might watch 'Avatar 2' later....I watched about 10 minutes of it last night - I'm not particularly enthused about it, but if there's nowt else to do......

Being a proud fiance (party)

Jess' nursing registration came through today.

3 years of uni, 800 hours placement over 6 hospitals, 23 units, 9 credits, 8 distinctions, 1 pandemic, 1 New Grad offer, 1 very cute Registered Nurse (inlove)

Just now need to get her through her impending surgery and hopefully recovered enough to start her New Grad in late Feb.
