I still can’t believe 4 wheel motorcycles are allowed on public roads in UK. NZ and Aussie they can only be used on private land. I don’t see any need for them to be on the roads

And scooter knob head looks like he’ll take himself out by natural selection one day soon

I agree..... legal or not, I just can't see any practical purpose on a public road, other than maybe a farmer crossing between fields, or something similar.
Plus the other schmuck was just motoring on down the sidewalk without a care in the world.
