Just some general stuff with the car, changed back to the standard wheels/tyres from a winter set, and inspected the brakes as it's got a vibration from the rear...

Naturally it takes the most expensive rear disc option with the bearings built in, and the inner faces of the front discs are corroded badly, the AC doesn't work and 2 different garages have now told me "Yeah it has a leak, a big one... But we can't find it" So I have decided to fire the parts cannon at that too and ordered a new condenser (the little radiator at the front which gets blasted with road debris)
And a full service kit... (deadhorse)

I was considering trading this car in but now it owes me money so I'm keeping it and trading up can be my reward to myself for paying the bank loan off.

I will be getting a new windscreen fitted again later today.... This will be the third one this year !!!! Every time its one of those big dumper trucks driving at a million miles an hour flicking crap up off the road.

I cant even claim its poor quality screens, as each one starts with the chip, but it develops into a crack almost right away. Not even giving me a chance to get the chip seen too!! so no claim allowed.

I do think the quality of screens, aftermarket and BMW's in this case, I have had both so far are poor quality.
So another day wasted :(

Waiting for a call back from a 111 doctor. I've got a painful lump on my neck, it gets larger when I eat so suspect it's nothing more than a blocked saliva gland. Been there for about 5 days so worried it might get infected, plus it's pissing me off.

Only been waiting 4 hours so far......

Yay, finally got my "callback within 6 hours", 18 hours after I called...

Result of call, I can't diagnose you so you'll need a face2face at the hospital (facepalm) so that will be today's waste of time.

Chatting to Jorja on a phone call before shift today.

For her birthday last break, one of her presents she asked for was a pride strap for her apple watch (a gen 1 hand-me-down from me, also a birthday present)

Apparently a boy sitting next to her in class on friday saw the band and commented "That band is a bit gay isn't it?"

She replied " That's the point dip sh*t!"

Very proud dad (lol)
