For sure, on nights too atm, had pan fried peppercorn chicken fillets, chunky wedges and broccoli when I woke up for tonights shift.

Good thing is I always get hash browns, beans, sausage, bacon and eggs for dinner before bed

Yep...I've pretty much done away with the whole bacon & eggs versus sausage & eggs debate lately by just having both. American bacon is not very good anyway, so this just evens things up a bit.
