Fun nothing wrong with that, however these people abusing what we should and should not be doing will screw it up for all of us, and they will just shut it all down again and the little bit of freedom we have been given will be taken away.... these people are just fecking selfish!Perkles wrote:Spanked it

Spanked it before the morons got out.
When did social distancing end btw?
I’m assuming that if Government ministers and advisers are exempt then so is everyone else?

Gave the Versys a check over. Applied some ACF50, degreased a few places to get tar and lube off. Gave it a layer of G-techniq

How do you rate the Michelins? I love their tread pattern which somehow makes me interested in them

the more I ride this bike the more I like and have to admit that the comments that they make 200bhp easy to handle is correct

In my experience of the Gen 2 I completely agree with you. It is incredibly capable. I certainly couldn't exploit its performance on a race track.

A nice little ride out this afternoon, just what the doctor ordered, i resisted getting out over the Bank Holiday, so today was a few hours of fun on two wheels, and one for a bit.

I finished cleaning mine (sealant needed to cure overnight) but realised I don't have chain cleaner so the chain will have to wait another day.
I can't wait to ride it.. I bloody need it!

I guess you didn't see my post the other week about my insurance quote? I'll just wait for June 8th at Cadwell I think
Besides the chipped paintwork, my bike's never looked so good.

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
Not today but yesterday.
Last couple of rides the brakes have felt wooden and lacked feel. Stopping power was there but just felt wooden. I serviced the calipers and changed the fluid which is always good practice after a winter lay up, but no improvement.
Then I noticed I had changed the ratio on the MC. God only knows when I did that but as soon as I flicked it back to 18 the feel instantly came back
For a 16 year old bike she stops like a good one

Re: What did you do to your bike today ??
I run mine on the 20 (black) setting. The 18 is too sharp for me, I can't modulate it as well as the black setting
