Re: What are you eating ??
I did a chili with some 95% cocoa dark chocolate. It looks a bit weird but tasted really good. I had to get my carbs up so I had both rice and a pitta with it.
Proper porridge for breakfast this morning with some golden syrup

Re: What are you eating ??
Miller & Carter last night.
I had the:
bacon & honey mustard wedge dressing
12Oz Ribeye (medium)
Beed dripping sauce
Beef barbacoa chips (too salty for my liking)
Scotch bonnet mayo (amazing!)
Desert was an amazing hazelnut grenache bomb with ice cream!
Expensive but worth it !!!

Chili with chocolate is the only way to go....the cocoa~chocolate takes the edge off the chili...the acidity, or whatever it's called.Kwacky wrote:I did a chili with some 95% cocoa dark chocolate. And the only reason I know that is it's not unusual of to see Mexicans stir a small piece of chocolate into a bowl of chili. You don't usually see the Mexican-Americans do it, just those who are actually from Mexico...it's a pisa-thing. It's supposed to help with digestion or sommit.
