I had to leave the radio after they'd finished the mountain on the last lap - gutted to have missed it !!!

Is Hicky the new McGuiness?

Hicky and Harrison are more Hislop and Foggerty I reckon.. So close.

The old guard are nowhere this year.

Do you think Micky D has turned the throttle down a bit?

I think he probably has and I'm glad, I was worried he would give fewer f*cks now and go even faster. That guy is crazy good on the road and I hope he doesn't follow his brother, dad and uncle (y)

Hicky again - fair play he's so quick this year. That new BMW is ace.

Really tight Lightweight race. Just the zero to go today.

Two retirements. Both Nortons. Hopeless...

Organisation has been amazing.

Senior is early tomorrow, before lots of rain hopefully....

MD took the lightweight lap record to 122 mph , that would have won the senior TT in 1988 - won by Hislop on a works RC30.

Thing is I know a win is a win and none are gifted but Harrsion although fully deserving only won because Hicky had coolant issues preventing him reving past 11,000rpm.

It's looking like Hicky may lock out TT wins in a similar way to John McGuiness did for years. I.e you can only win if Hicky has a mechanical or dnf.
