Luis Suarez
Great footballer but what a nasty little horrible shit of a person.
Why on earth would you bite an opponent on a football pitch.........for a third time?

Re: Luis Suarez
Not heard of this but assume it was today.
Has a punishment been given ?
He should be banned from the tournament IMO, especially as he is a repeat offender. As a high profile sportman in a privileged position what example is he setting the worlds youth ?
Football is a sport and as such should be played in good conduct by sportsmen IMO. If you can't obide by those basic principles don't expect to play.

Re: Luis Suarez
I reckon a 6 month ban from all football would be more appropriate.....and a series of visits to a psychiatrist.
Its just not normal behaviour.

The Italian player was trying to show the ref the bite marks immediately after Suarez bit him and one of the Uruguayans tried to cover his shoulder up whilst doing it so i have no doubt the teeth marks are there.

Re: Luis Suarez
Perhaps he has rabies? Or is a Vampire?
As i say a six month ban or even a season long one should be the punishment here. Its the third time he has done it in top level football.
When Suarez trudged off the pitch afterwards whilst his team mates celebrated, he knew he was in deep deep do-do.

Re: Luis Suarez
Its the way he dives to the deck with his head in his hands that gets me.... The "What the f*&k have I done" look stands out like a sore thumb.
Reminds me why I can't be arsed with the game.

My favourite thing is that Liverpool fans will never admit he's an animal and will defend him and make excuses for him

Re: Luis Suarez
What are the officials saying ?
Is he stupid ? How doe he expect to do it and get away with it. A push when the ref isn't looking is one thing but biting someone will always leave evidence weather the ref saw it or not.

Re: Luis Suarez

Re: Luis Suarez
I also quite like Ian Wright's reaction, he looked she'll shocked and just kept sayin "there's something wrong with him, he's not right" over and over again lol

Re: Luis Suarez
I think FIFA have until 9.00pm to decide what they are going to do.
Personally he should be banned for life from international games,
I'm not sure what club would be brave enough to take him on after spending mega bucks on him. Liverpool must be quaking and will try and offload him .
No good being a start player if he's not allowed near a pitch after getting banned each time he plays.

Re: Luis Suarez
Uraquay have until 9pm tonight to respond to fifa . Fifa can impose a ban on international games for up to 2 years.
I would like to see a total ban both premiership and international but that would also hurt Liverpool unfortunately which doesn't seem fair so I guess an international ban is the only real option.

Re: Luis Suarez
I suspect Liverpool will say that the matter is being dealt with and is out of their hands.
Then look to sell him ASAP.
