To be fair thats pretty bad for simple things. I guess tjis is a track/ touring bike for you so will be sticking to your own servicing from now on. Hope the Ducati dealer isn't the same

Also surprised at Triumph. We have on locally to me around 5 mins drive or so and they were excellent when I had my bike, they even allowed me into the garage and chill if I wanted too! The guy was very experienced and knew everything about the Triumphs, an older guy who clearly had the passion for anything 2 wheels as it turned out he had a few bikes in his garage lol!

I've only ever had one bike dealer serviced and only for the first 20ish thousand miles, after the second valve clearance I did it myself. That was with Jack Lilley in Ashford and have to say they were very good. Not cheap though!

Dealer hourly rates now are around the £60 - £65 mark. A big service can become very expensive quite quickly.

I just don't get my bike serviced.

Save money, and can't ever complain about a bad service.
