Which is why they carry on doing it. Its nothing to do with foreign aid but a simple 'you scratch my back...etc etc

We are just pawns in the games these **** play.

I watched something on the telly a month or two back with an interview with a 20-something Ethiopian.

He can't remember the drought and famine as he wasn't born, and he feels the country is doing well now. He was indicating that he felt foreign aid was an insult to the people as it isn't needed anymore.

Foreign aid is taking money (taxes) from poor people in rich countries and giving it to rich people in poor countries .
