R1 at Suzuka

Post by Kwacky »

Farking hell, how fast are they going?

Good to see a camera view from the riders aspect and not the usual on board footage from the bike.

That is frighteningly fast, I’d say he’s on a charge by the looks of it. (allhail)

Great footage. Just shows how proper racers are a big jump above us mere mortals.

There is one doing the rounds of Josh Brookes at aCadwell trackday. Rider videoing is a very competent fast group rider.

Brookes makes it look like he is barely moving.

Apart from getting on the brakes later and harder
and carrying more lean angle
and corner speed
and getting on the gas earlier and harder
and having better body position on the bike
and being braver
that could be me ........

Scary thing is he probably didn't show the laps where Jonny Rea, Alex Lowes, VDM etc...made him look as slow as he is doing to the other lads haha
Remember: If in Doubt use Full Throttle, It may not make the situation any better, But it will end the suspense...
