Chilling tonight, and carb loading .

Tomorrow, my first and probably last ultra. 50km (for those who can't be arsed to google that's about 31 miles!)

The rest of the weekend will be recovering.

You're going to run 30+ miles?? Best of luck.

You should enter the Leadville marathon.
It's a trail marathon that's done at 14,000ft or sommit ridiculous like that.

Only pussies run at sea level.

Got a very busy weekend lined up, but resting tonight, up early tomorrow morning as we’ve got a decorator round for quotes, then we’re on to my Mothers house to clear the last of the stuff out before it goes on the market, it’s all junk so is getting skipped.

Then tomorrow am we’re off to our local Asian superstore for new spices, more rice and extras etc, as we’ll be prepping a bunch of curries and other dishes for a full on proper Curry Sunday.

Sunday we’ve got all the family round for lunch, the table will be groaning and we’ll all be fat as fcuk afterwards. It’ll be great! (y)

Tonight ....not a lot, watch the match most probably.
Sat....not a lot either, doing shopping stuff with er indoors, she can have a go in the new car...if she’s good.
Sun....she’s going out all day with her mother so will be out on the bike, be early though before it gets too hot.

Tonight, staying in, someone on the KTM forum has bought my Austin Racing can and is coming to collect it.

Saturday, out on the bike early on

Sunday, some friends want to go up to St Mary's Loch, it would be a 7am start on a day forecast for 30°C.. Think I might just have a run to the coast.

Last weekend home before heading to work and first weekend of school holidays. So lazy weekend enjoying the company of my kids and Jess and her kids. Probably out to dinner tonight as I can’t be arsed cooking.
