Firstly those who are anti biker but more worryingly it is so subjective as one persons idea of dangerous or careless driving is going to be different ot anothers, most non riding people cannot even estimate a speed of a bike accurately even at 30MPH, and the Police don't have much of a clue or any real interest themselves these days as most don't like dealing with traffic matters.

No, no offence. Maybe questionable morals, but no breach of any legislation unless excess speed or using the hard shoulder was involved.
