Han Solo (spoilers)

Post by Kwacky »

Well worth going to see. You don't have to be a Star Wars fan to enjoy it.

I wasn't expecting much but it's a decent film.

Monty said it didn’t feel like a Star Wars film, having seen it I agree, I can’t quantify that it’s just a feeling I got when I left the cinema. Conversely Rogue 1 was absolutely a Star Wars film.

Fwiw Woody Harrelson is great in Solo!

I enjoyed it. You don't have to be a star wars geek to like it but there are enough hints and tie ins to keep us nerds happy.

It's entertaining, light hearted and not too deep. There was a decent delivery of cheese as well, which you have to have for a Solo film.

I love the way they get Han to shoot first near the end. They won't re-write that later on.

This film is pre-Rebels, so Maul has ben rejected and is now starting to plot his revenge against Vader and the Emperor. There's potentially a good film there but they have to watch it ties in with Rebels.

Those new Mud Troopers are very cool. Loved the trench warfare bit in the film.

My 10 year old said it's the best one he's seen. He wasn't very keen on Rouge One.

I think it's very open minded of you to allow your 10 year old to wear rouge.
