Not sure if you guys would’ve heard of him over yonder but going to a John Farnham concert tonight. Before you judge, the tickets were bought for Jess’ birthday as he’s her favourite singer. He’s an Australian icon, but freaking old, 69 odd now. He had a ‘Final Time’ tour 15 yrs ago, and had toured every year since... it’s A long standing Aussie joke every time he tours.

Here is one of his more famous songs

The things you do for a bit of tail (facepalm)
Happiness is not a destination. It is a way of life.

The new Eminem cd

Not overly impressed. There's a couple of good tracks on there - anything featuring Joan Jett or the Cranberries will get my vote, but otherwise it's a bit meh.

I had the Alice in Chains "Jar of Flies" EP in the car this morning. It's worth a listen to as it's not their usual stuff, esp the instrumental whale song (y)

I was never that into AIC, but my Mrs loved them so I went with her to see them. HANDS DOWN one of the best bands I have ever seen live to this day, and thats with the new singer too, they were so good we booked up to go see them 2 weeks later at a different venue. Completley changed my view of them, love them now.

Better than Pearl Jam IMO who seemed to be more popular at the time.

There was certainly a lot more talent in the band. It's just very sad how drugs ruined everything for them.

I'm not a big pearl jam fan at all, I agree Jerry Cantrell is amazing!

I watched Straight out of Compton the other day. My wife was less than impressed with the language.
