Other people I've never met in the O.C. have an urgent desire to be my "friend" - which only reinforces the "never met" theory.

On holibobs for a week, so down in Wiltshire chilling out, the Hendricks & fever tree is currently chilling as well, in preparation for a well deserved libation once the sun is over the yardarm.
I've not had a day off since Easter, and the last 3 weeks have mad as my colleague has been on his hols in the Antipodes, so I'll be taking full advantage of the week off and should be rested up ready for the long drag to Crimbo (hopefully).
Cheers all!
P.S Happy Burpday Scuff!

Suffered 4+ hours of the UK's finest motorways with 2 small people. This has now been resolved by arriving at or holiday lodge and pouring a rather large g&t.....
Did see a rather horrific accident on the M4. A lorry was stopped, surrounded by police, with a large lump of white stuff lodged through the passenger side of the windscreen?? Just behind said lorry was a caravan missing it's side!!! Eeeeek..

Re: What are you doing today ??
Had the car in for a service and MOT, which it flew through with no advisory's from either, which was nice, as was the 'loaner' that they let me borrow...
I have been on the Honda site and to spec one exactly the same is a shade over £40K asking price, no wonder I liked it... Honda CR-V EX 1.6 diesel with a 9! speed automatic... Just got to work on that lottery win then I can see it being a decent track bike tow vehicle.
Other than that I polished the headlights on a friends car, went to the gym and sorted my dad's car insurance for another year, relaxing day off really

Driving around a town which has to be the record holder for sitting at red lights...even worse than London..
I nominate Cambridge....what a bloody nightmare, been up here all day! With a small trip to Ely.

Picked up the new family mobile, its nice enough, its just a volkswagon golf in a different shell, the engine literally has vw logos on parts of it! But the mpg is fantastic and with the mileage im doing now thats what i need.
Remember: If in Doubt use Full Throttle, It may not make the situation any better, But it will end the suspense...

Being lazy, followed by bacon sandwiches, then we might have a bit of a ride round, then maybe a swim for an hour or two, followed by some well deserved being lazy.

I took a leaf out of Blades book, I called Virgin Media and kicked up a fuss about their recent price rise.
I got £50 credit to my bank account and a massive price drop for 12 months. I've lost some TV channels but I'll survive.

Today we are making the most of the weather, as not sure the rest of the week is going to be as kind.
