Thinking maybe I shouldn't have bought this edition of performance bikes

Walked about 9 miles yesterday, saw quiet a few of the main attractions and had a lovely meal.
Today we're doing a river cruise and going up the Eiffel tower.

Took the young lad for his first motorbike ride. Was on a friends sons CR150, around a farmland area. Byron was not having a bar if it as he was paranoid we would crash (probably quite valid given my history) so I told him I'd give him $100 if I did. Afterwards he was beeming and now wants a go on the Multi

Covered in cobwebs, sawdust and the crap of ages, clearing the garage - I've barely made a dent in it, fwiw I'll be putting some stuff up for sale at some point as I jut won't have room for it all.

Took my son clothes shopping.
I remember now why I only do it once a year.

Re: What are you doing today ??
due to my work roster, the seasons and the rate they are growing, it's seems I take them every second trip home. Bloody demoralising when the majority of clothes I'm lucky to get 8-10 weeks use out of them!Kwacky wrote:Took my son clothes shopping.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Had a ride over to Bridlington with a good friend, found the unicorn cafe and home before the rain. 170 miles of fun at a decent pace, plenty of police about so no sillyness.
Got home and tested the impact driver on a car wheel nut, no bother at all. Had to slacken it slightly to torque it to 110nm. Gonna have to be careful if i use it on the bike.

Re: What are you doing today ??
Sitting at the airport lounge having breakfast and about to fly to work.
Few months back I mentioned I'd managed a roster swap where I was to go out for 4 weeks rather than 3 and then get 7 weeks off.
Well it's rolled around and the 28 days Offshore starts tomorrow. Not feeling like such a good idea anymore guess I just have to get through it and enjoy the extended break once I'm home.
