cheers mate, wore it for about half hour round the house last night before taking an stickers off the visor and fit seems really good, VERY snug but not painful anywhere, looking forward to trying it on the bike to be honest, I'm expecting it to be noisy as everyone seems to day that about hjc but my shoei is and I pretty much always wear earplugs anyway. but seems good value, and it has the drop down visor in a button on the side mate, which seems to fix one of the issues you had with yours

Yep, finding the sun visor catch when it's in the middle of the lid at the top is a PITA at speed. I'm back in a Nolan N86 now and it's much easier with a small tab on the left for the sun visor.

to be honest it wasn't really a concern for me because ive never used them before and normally just use a dark visor which I ordered with it anyway, but could be handy in autumn so see how it goes

They're very useful for me. Sadly I ride towards the east in the morning and westwards on the way home, so for a few weeks in spring and autumn I've got the sun at eye level. As the weather is so unpredictable having a dark visor can be a pain as the light levels change a lot.

I bought some top of the range RST gear. Dainese don't really do decently vented leathers.

RST has come on leaps and bounds in the last few years and as CE approval is now required by law all of their last years stuff is available at decent prices.
