I’m not 100% but the right drugs should prevent a coughing fit during the ceremony

Re: What ails you today?
Hmm....well, I had a physical exam last week or so, and I guess I have high blood pressure, so I suppose it's something that I should probably take care of.
The only reason I mention it is because my medical insurance company has called me about 40,000 times since the physical to try and set an appointment....I just got off the phone with them (for the umpteenth time).
This is going to be a PITA, I can already tell.

Oh, and hypertension...which I think is the same thing....I'm fairly useless at anything medically related.

Re: What ails you today?
Bloke I travelled to work with from Sydney just went down with COVID. I have to RAT test every day for the next week. Was a chick in front of him on one of the flights coughing her lungs up, I was 4 rows away, so fingers crossed.

My eyes are dry. I wear my contact lenses too much. I've got to start using eye drops and wear my glasses more.

Re: What ails you today?
The anxiety attack the other days seems to have popped the lid off. I've been really struggling this afternoon and now the anxiety is letting the depression back in.
I'll try again tomorrow.

Thanks mate, I'm still struggling but just taking the day hour by hour; trying to avoid becoming overwhelmed

I've got an MX bike that needs cleaning?

Re: What ails you today?
Felt a bit average when I got to work yesterday, put it down to fatigue and travel.
Woke up this morning rather crook. Coughing, sweating, massive headache and the squirts. Reported to the medic and neg on Covid but isolated all the same. Medic reckons a good chance I’ll go positive on a RAT in the coming days. So 5-7 days stuck in a cabin room with no windows
Jess has come down with the same as well
