Moved and stacked 2m3 of my 6m3 wood delivery. Currently lying broken on the lounge floor wishing I had only moved 1m3. I broke it up into two sessions but obviously still to much.

I used to do the whole delivery in about 5-6 hours in one hit!

I thought I had! I used a wheelbarrow to cart it from the pile to the stack but like you say think the repetitive movement killed, even though I made the load as easy as I could.

I’ll give the body a rest for a day or two before I do more

Kiwi, I know child labour was outlawed years back, but it’s still ok if it’s your own kids, get Byron round and make it a Dad & Son thing, it’ll also halve your work. (y)

Kids are with their mum atm Deegee, and it’s forecast for rain today so I wanted a good lot stored out of the weather.

A friends son was whinging about not having any work this week so I offered him his normal hourly rate to come help me. He was all of a sudden busy all week.

I did a good lot of Physio exercises, stretches and working muscles with the spiky ball last night so I actually feel not too bad today. But the majority of the left over wood is under a tarp so the rest will wait a day or two before I have another go.

Haircut, wet towel shave and a trip to the hygienist... I've had 3 separate women feeling my face this morning - it's been great !!

Had a lazy morning, but cooking up a load of soup for tonight, for after we get back from Endgame. We’d have eaten out, but as it’s the last game at Ipswich of the season all the restaurants are rammed, so it’s eating at Chez Gee tonight.

Washed the car yesterday. Looked out of window in the evening and it looked resplendent in the glow of the setting sun.

Looked out the window this morning to see a bird has shat on it. (gah)

A 2nd day of solid revision.

In one of my breaks yesterday we did manage to go and capture a picture of the Fiancé''s engagement ring which we collected at the weekend... that was a nice rest for 30 minutes.

The proposal was a surprise with an eternity/promise ring. We went to the Jewellery Quarter in Birmingham for her to choose her engagement ring, I ordered it, we collected it.
