Claim culture has really gone mad

I hate the claim culture we live in today. But this is unbelievable.

I really hope the stupid cow is killed.

Watch the video clip I really hope she burns in hell. How the hell is this world allowing things like this to happen. The lawyer who is fighting for her should get shot!

Best one I had was a woman who reckoned a car wash failed and shoved her car forward. So we got the CCTV and saw her inability to drive. She then changed her story to say the noise of the car wash scared her and made her dump the clutch.

In the US anyway, a bicyclist has as much right of way to the road as a vehicle, so her inability to reduce speed to avoid colliding with such cyclist would be moot. Tragic...

Wow, that's just sick. I'd love to know what goes on in the minds of some people. How did she ever think this was a good idea?

Somehow Karma seems to have missed this woman, fingers crossed it rights itself spectacularly to her self centred detriment.

A triple killer has won an £800 payout because some of his belongings – including nasal hair clippers and a carton of cranberry juice – were damaged or lost in jail.

I heard that on the radio this morning.. It's a serious WTF, it left him "stressed".. He's serving 3 life sentances for, quoting the gardian site, "the gangland-style execution of three drug dealers and two other attempted murders".

What's this world coming too. The real criminals are the ones in the suits allowing this to happen and giving them the right to go through legal stages

Read about his in Metro. He's also meant to have stabbed 3 warders during a prison transfer. WTF indeed.

She kills your child and then sues you (swear) she wants to be careful I could see the parent totally loosing it and flipping over this.

Take away their child and then take away everything they have ever worked for well that kind of person no longer has anything to loose and a big axe to grind so it could get very messy.
